Rock retail mcdonald's is the best and freshly made in the area.. they have nothing on Bidston and upton, which are probably the worst.. Staff are so lovely, too, and so helpful.

Good food but had slight difficulty doing the "add on' eg double cheese burger with a big mac dressing- my burger to my choice

Despite what I had been told, staff inside were brilliant. Good Scouse sense of humour. Milkshake was working which is always a good start. Very chocolaty...

For what it is, this is one of the best. So stars are based in comparison to other fast food outlets, not all restaurants. We always go at lunch, and the food is always fresh, it's usually quite busy but you can always get a table. The staff sometimes deliver your order to your table, they always take your tray from your hands as you walk to the bins to take care of the recycling. Added hidden gem? If you fancy it, a flock of starlings will take chips from your hands if you eat in your car. This appears to be a popular pastime here and i love watching it.
