I went to Gelato Workshop and I love their aura. The ice cream parlour offers a delightful experience with its diverse selection of flavors. The creamy texture and rich taste make it a perfect indulgence. The ambiance is inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere for enjoying a sweet treat. The friendly staff adds to the overall positive vibe, making it a must-visit for ice cream enthusiasts.

Rupen distinguished himself as the highlight of the event. His adeptness in impressing customers and understanding the value they hold is commendable. The experience was truly remarkable, and the prospect of returning is most appealing, particularly given that everything is crafted in-store. The Biscoff brownie surpassed expectations and was exceptionally delectable. Rupen, too, exhibited warmth and cordiality, enhancing the overall experience. I highly recommend this .

Was welcomed warmly upon arrival by the lady.
I asked for her recommended flavour.
She suggested the Snickers Flavour.
It is exceptional.

Only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is because of traffic from Birkenhead Road. Bit noisy. There is seating for me to sit aswell.

Loved the biscoff, and also the fig & honey, both were great. The chocolate and pistachio were alright as well. Would certainly go again for the first two flavours.

Friendly customer service and yummy deserts. I’d rather come here than the gelato places in browns bay. Lots of different options to choose from which I love.

Amazing experience! So great coming back, best part is everything is made in store. Biscoff brownje was to die for!! Winnie is also very lovely and welcoming.

Consistently smooth and delicious gelato! Came in today and they had a combo with brownie that was incredibly yummy as well. This was the Biscoff brownie and they had about 5 more other flavours. Yum!!

Very high quality ice-cream, and lovely staff as well. I had the brownie and single scoop combination and both were incredibly tasty. Definitely recommend!
