My service at TGI Fridays was incredible. Mia went above and beyond with her service and friendly attitude. Popped in for a drink and it was delicious. Will definitely be back for food thanks to the the lovely staff and atmosphere. Thank you to all of the friendly staff who made this experience even more enjoyable

TGI Friday NEC 21st Jan 2024 At the NEC on business......visited TGI FRIDAYS with colleagues. The service was excellent from the staff, BUT in particular DAVE who took our orders and gave us recommendations which turned out to be SUPERB. Very impressed with everything on this visit....but mostly the GREAT service. Even spoke to the manager to make sure Dave got the recognition he deserved. Well done TGI Friday. Thanks Julian

A great location at Resorts World overlooking the lake. The food was delicious as always. The only negative for me is that it feels a bit overpriced, but it is a nice treat every once in a while. Jessica, our waitress, was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and very attentive, noticing when my wife's refill drink was empty and refilling it. She was an absolute credit to the team.

Good variety of tasty food. Big, satisfying portions. Good music and cool decor. Great location. Perfect place for a night out. Refillable soft drinks. We ate at 7pm on a Friday. Our waitress kept on top of all of our needs, and was delightful and friendly without being overbearing. She gave us a good first-hand recommendation when a dessert wasn't available. Always a great sign when the staff have a favourite they have on their break!

Great Ambience . Loved the décor and the music Great menu with varied cuisines Varied menu on cocktails and mocktails. Range of milkshakes too. There is a waiting period at peak times but you can sit around the bar and order drinks. The customer service is excellent and you see a smile on everyone's face. Very diligent and professional The place is equally enjoyed by adults and kids. You get a true American flavour in the restaurant and food. This one is located at bottom floor with the entrance from outside the resorts world. You have good access to great scenery to sit outside if the weather is good. Compared to restaurants of similar size and cuisines it could be tad costly for a family but its a must visit place for the experience.

Fantastic atmosphere, clean and welcoming staff. We had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table. Our table was clean and we'll presented. Our waitress was friendly and polite. She was prompt and informative about our food. The food was outstanding! The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and so were the ribs. The sesame seed chicken starter was so so tasty. Will definitely be going here again soon. Great food and great customer service.
