One of the loveliest cafes I've been to in a long time with lovely staff and such a clean cafe! Food was lovely, affordable and came within minutes of ordering - super efficient! Left with a smile on our faces, would definitely come back!

Popular. Great staff. Great food. Know their regulars by names. Fills up very quickly. Had a sandwiches on my 1st visit and was a take out.. went for a breakfast and ate in .. Will be going back.

My first visit to this cafe. I was impressed by the large selection of food available. The staff were very friendly and I had a very nice cuppachino made with milk and piping hot. The apple pie looked excellent - indeed it was. A very nice understated cafe I would happily recommend.

Was instantly recognised when we entered the building by the lovely lady behind the counter who offered us menus. We was served almost instantly even though they were busy by the really friendly staff that allowed my partner to substitute the items on the meal he didn't like for food he die like. The food was absolutely lovely and really cheap. So if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere with good food i would highly recommend the clock cafe. We will definitely be returning again soon.

Very friendly cafe ... makes you feel very welcome ... lovely food and great prices. Good selection on the menu too ... keep saying I must pop jn for a dinner as there looks like some lovely good old fashioned food options.

Good to see Frank again after so many years. The place hasn't changed much, still great food and friendly service. It's a very personable place and you are always made to feel welcome. I had the cod and chips with peas and was provided with bread, butter and a cup of tea, all for £5! Great value!
