Can't rate this outlet highly enough,it gets extremely busy during lunchtimes but staff are efficient and always in great spirits. Super friendly. I've been out of term time also and the service level is fab then too, took my young daughter and our server was so nice to her, add some sparkly sprinkles to her drink which made her really happy. It's just those little extras that make for a great experience!

Dear Costa Team,
I visited the cafe today between 2-3 pm, and I love this cafe very much. I've forgotten my wallet there, which is a leather black one. The identity card is inside, so that I can prove it belongs to me. I hope you'll find it and return it to me.

Great to see a huge Costa just a few minutes walk from. University station.
All the seating is in the vast basement. Or outside. Quick service as most customers are buying takeouts. Always love the atmosphere on university campus so this is a lovely experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, sandwich choice was a little poor at 1300hrs, but the cakes were fresh

4 star because this store uses the university payment system and does not accept some of the app reward and vouchers so ask first before ordering

More of a grab and go, (there's another Costa nearby the clock tower) but some seats and quick , good, coffee with a small selection of cakes and sandwiches.

Excellent for all of hospital staff and patients. Destiny is one of many excellent baristas.

Consistently really good coffee, regardless of the barista that’s making it. I’ve had about 10 coffees from here over the past few weeks, from 4-5 different baristas, and they’ve all been top notch. The staff seem to take pride in doing a good job and making good coffee. Efficient and friendly too.

Best Costa I've been to, the Chinese guy makes the best drinks ever especially mocha :) everyone's nice and fast
