Went here for a sheesha was amazed at the place and the place is really really nice and you can see alot off detail has gone onto the design of the place however I ordered 2 sheesha and mint tea the sheesha were to a very good standards i have had the mint tea that was given given to us with was made nice and warm and you could taste the mint leaves. The staff are not very customer friendly seem abit moody. They seem as you have to be female to get their attentions absulitky beautifully place though.

I have been going to cloud for a few years and every single time the service is spot on. Staff are always friendly and attentive and the venue is always kept clean. The manager always comes round to see how you are doing and making sure everything is how you want. Any issues are always dealt with properly. MY go to shisha place. Keep up the good service guys.

Came from London on friday evening spent 3 hours here last night. The best Sheesha lounge i have been to. Raees really looked after us and as i came with my mum she was very happy with the service that she got. As it was only me mum and aunty the guy at the desk suggested we sit in the booth with flowers as it was a girls hub and we wouldnt feel uncomfortable. This is by far the best sheesha lounge i have been to and will most definitely come back next time im in Birminghamm. Lastly the hot chocolate is 10/10

Okay so I don’t know where to start we had quality shisha , quality service everything was 10/10!! The guy at the bar who served us was very polite believe to go by the name Haider unlike other lounges first person gives you the whole idea of the lounge he was really polite then had us seated by a gentleman. The hookah came out quick and tasted quality could taste every flavour .coal round was on point by the guy with the braids can’t forget how amazing They looked . Overall it’s a amazing place will definitely come back took quality pictures throughout the whole lounge . BIG RECOMMEND !! Go check them out guys !! See you soon .keep up The good work .

I've only been here a couple of times and I must say, the atmosphere is banging. It can get a little cold inside but overall, is a lovely place. I went a long time ago but I remember a guy called Haider served me, such a lovely lad. he made sure everything was perfect. The coal was changed regularly and the shisha was absolutely spot on. Wasn't too harsh, but also wasn't too weak, it was just in the middle. My friends and I ordered milkshakes which were nice and thick. We got them 10 minutes after ordering which was good, considering they were busy. They have a DJ late at night, I believe goes by the name K or Kae? Sorry, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's convenient as it makes the place more lively and is a unique trait to have from any other lounge. I will definitely be making a return.
