My train was late, so I decided to buy a coffee. A good coffee can improve your mood in seconds. Thawhida was friendly and prepared me a super creamy Mocca at the ideal temperature to drink without burning me. It's these little things that make our day bright again.

My day just got better at Birmingham International. One delicious flat white served up by the lovely n friendly "Madya". Service with a smile .... rare these days!!!

We arrived early for our flight. Nice place to sit and wait. Clean and tidy. Considering the amount of foot fat they do a great job!

The staff are exceptional. I don't even need to ask for my order they remember me and my usual order. Both ladies are so lovely and friendly!

The lady that works in the morning is lovely, always friendly. There’s always a good amount/variety of food and drink whenever I have been and the location is perfect as you can eat and go straight through to the station.

Saturday morning, relatively quiet but an immaculate coffee shop. Tables all clean, staff very cheerful and attentive. Kasha can be justifiably proud of their efforts - excellent . Thank you for your attention to detail.

Whenever I use Birmingham International Airport & going through Birmingham Int Railway Station, I invariably stop at Caffe Ritazza for refreshments. The staff are courteous, sweet & helpful. The coffee is excellent and the ambience very relaxing. I heartily recommend this cafe as a pit stop before continuing your journey.
