Always fantastic food! Very consistent and clean place! One of my go to places as food is always great tasting! Prices seem to be creeping up but still cheaper than most. Also minimum order online has increased which means it’s harder to order for 1 as you have to spend £13.99 for free delivery otherwise there is a charge. For some reason chilli sauce has become unavailable to be put on food when you order and has to be purchased separately. Although on some items they can and some they can’t. Very very strange thing that’s happened with all Big Johns branches. Keep the prices slightly lower but charge for tubs of chilli just makes it expensive again. I think personally this needs to be looked at as I always prefer to have my chilli sauce and mayo already on my food rather than getting a tub and dipping it or pouring it from a tub onto my food. Food and service are always great though. Never had any issues!!!

Good food. We got a vegetarian small pizza, Southern fried chicken breast and boneless, mixed kebab in naan and BBQ sauce. Pizza was loaded with toppings and tasty. Kebab little small however it is tasty and enjoyed it. Chicken was lovely, get loads of chips with it, good deal. BBQ sauce was very tasty. Good and quick service, understood what we wanted. Answered my questions. Wasn't busy the time we were there. Recommend.

Really good food, hot when delivered! Korean style chicken burger was lovely and juicy with plenty of sauce, loaded chips could have been a meal on its own, just wish there was a bit more sauce and cheese on them. Wedges were huge and tasty, the garlic bread wasn’t too cheesy however not enough garlic. I would definitely have again if I was local!

Recently stopped by there on the other day for grabbing a lunch. Usually not prefer retail chain shops for my lunch. Just testing the waters. Staff very friendly and welcoming appreciated Menu on the board not see any leaflets around. Not have any seat and table in there at least expecting to have a few bench to sit down while waiting for your order. Hope they'll put one soon. Prices all gone up due to the inflation in the country not blame them most of shop done same thing. Food quality still awarage and not see any improvements since last visit on other branches in Birmingham. Food portion size is okay and they do delivery. Expecting more improvements. Mainly usual take away store provide range of foods including Pizzas, SFC, Burgers, Fish and Chip, Wraps and Paninis.
