The customer service and food served at this branch was fantastic. In particular the sales assistant Anisa was brilliant. She was so kind and helpful when taking our order and serving. Anisa really made our experience enjoyable. I go to another chai wala branch in which the customer service and the food served is horrendous. The sales assistant is always unkind and unwelcoming and the food is always poorly cooked and served. I had become disappointed with my local branch and stopped going. However Anisa on Soho Rd branch has re established my trust in the brand. Thank you Anisa

Great place for hangout meeting Wait weather problems its best place for chill out with sitting area nice food but order large or more because quantities of food is small always and kept good network in your phone or as for wifi because some network problems if want sitting for meetings. But i like this place more love it. Good food good time

I came today and ordered a Desi breakfast which was delicious, freshly made, the chai ordered was also very nice and tasty. I have been served by Jas that was really polite and helpful when i didn’t know what to order she was able to provide me with all the options available, she was kind not only to me but with others too. I will definitely come back!!

One of our favourite places, me and my friends live at different places but whenever we meet, this is the spot and we spend a good time together❣️🥰 Love the food, service and the ambience (except days when it's full or crowded, that's just bcoz we all prefer not to be in too crowded atmosphere while dining)
