Marks & Spencer Cafe

Awesome staff going above and beyond to assist customer. I bought a last piece without bar code, staff working there understood and organised everything to be able to sell it. I like the quality of their products, design, people's attitude to help and solve the problem. -1 for the fact it was necessary to actually ask for help 3 people.

We went to buy some trousers and bras & found the staff to be very helpful. We were looked after by, Harv, a lovely member of staf in the bra fitting section, she was really kind & supportive. We were really impressed by her service and helpfulness as she went the extra mile in seeing us. What an excellent person & service.

Marks and Spencer Birmingham High Street is across 4 floors. Food Hall with a Bakery and some Home being in the Basement. Women's clothes on Ground Floor if you enter via the High street. Beauty, Children's and Cafe are the First Floor with Menswear being on the top floor. Click and collect available on ground floor at a desk to the left of the main entrance from the high street. Elevators and escalators aplenty to allow for easy access to all floors. With the Store moving to the Bull Ring soon, not sure how much good this review will be in future months 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Recently visited M&S for a bra fitting and had such a wonderful experience. Staff made me feel so comfortable and really helped. They also made sure to check in with me i.e. how I felt, what styles I was looking for, and also informed me about what style/size would best suit me and why. Such a great experience and I'll definitely be back if I need help in the future. Highly recommend visiting and booking in for a bra fitting with M&S :)
