Gino D’acampo My Restaurant

What a fantastic restaurant!! I booked a table about a week in advance with the lovely manager, Myriam. I explained that my friends from London were visiting for the first time and I just wanted to show them how great Birmingham is for a night out. To say 'she understood the assignment' is an understatement!! Myriam and her team of fabulous staff totally went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. The food was delicious, full of great flavours and all served in good time (I'm actually thinking about the steak I had and I'm now salivating at my desk!!). The choice of wines and cocktails kept us all very happy. The lovely lady who took care of our table (we didn't get her name, sadly) was a delight, she quickly got on board with our banter, yet remained professional. The restaurant has a really cool vibe, without being pretentious. I feel this is down to the team and how they work together, you can tell they enjoy it there. I'm just so sad that our time went so quickly. I'll definitely return, even to dine by myself!

We recently visited a new restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Very cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. The menu is not very large, but all the dishes are cooked delicious. We especially liked the grilled salmon. The prices are slightly above average, but for this level of cuisine is quite acceptable. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back here again.

This was a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic here, I was greeted at the door, seated to the table before the waitress introduced herself. She was very attentive and bubbly. The setting is absolutely beautiful and very elegant. The food was incredibly good here, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
