The new management is friendly and professional. The service and food are excellent. I enjoy the tilapia and shrimp after work. They are currently open until 3 am on Friday and Saturday nights. This is nice since I work late. I highly recommend this location.

Absolutely the slowest service I have ever received anywhere. The food was ok at best. The place wasn't that busy and we watched a large group wait 45 minutes for someone to seat them. The waitress argued over who's section was who's, making it obvious that management lacked there. I won't ever eat at this Perkins again.

We stopped by Perkins in north Bismarck for pie the evening of April 29. We ended up ordering the appetizer platter, a whole pie (because it was cheaper than ordering four individual pieces) and a separate piece of heath crunch cheesecake we all wanted to taste. Everything was delicious! And our waitress, Delmari, was so helpful and a lot of fun. We give her an A+!

My wife had the 55+ order of turkey and stuffing. I ordered the BLT with tater tots. Our drinks were refilled once and could have used one more refilling. The waitress never asked if we wanted dessert, which we did. If the care had been taken for these two items, this review would have been 5 stars.

The establishment was understaffed and our waitress was very short with us. cutting us off while we were asking questions. I had ordered a cup of coffee and the waitress was about to deliver a cup and carafe. she saw a customer walking to the front and quickly set the carafe and cup on the table and just walked away without filling the cup. I am a little put out by the rudeness. this is not typical of other perkins I have visited. the waitress also told a customer to hold on , while he was trying to tell her that were she seated them was still dirty. The Waitress is #37 Margaret. She is not good for your business.

The food was very good as always! The service was lovely as well. I know they have had issues with staffing, but they seem to be overcoming those and our visit was very nice.

Table had debris on it. Food was okay. Service was acceptable. Server was unaware of my presence until after servicing another group of customers even though I was seen and sat at a table.

Is there any lower then a 1? Over an hour for my online pick-up order. Done with Perkins. If you want over priced food that tastes sub par while waiting eternity, then this is the place for you!
Still here righting this review 15 minutes later. What a joke.
Got home over an hour and a half after I ordered. Got home, and girlfriend was missing her pancakes and her bacon. A hair in my cold cheesy hashbrowns was the cherry on top.
