Staff were not able to offer a partial refund when they made an error on my pizza. I didn't have time to wait for a new pizza, which they didnt offer anyways. When I called back to see if they could offer a coupon or other resolution, the manager was rude saying I swore at him and he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't pay with a credit card or have a receipt.

Last 4 orders where garbage. 2 1/2 hour wait, then then next three times the food never actually came and I had to cancel the order after waiting 2 hours. Stop using DoorDash to deliver your food, and give a reasonable delivery estimate before I place the order. If it’s going to be an hour more than what was quoted then call me. Yikes folks, poor management for sure.

Had a BIG issue with ordering it n the website as a guest. The website charged my bank for the order, and go in ng through Google history clicking on "order confirmation" nothing but the homepage would show up. But, after talking and dealing with Damien, we were able to get the order squared away...this dude needs a raise. He handled the situation with ease and absolutely no argument. I hope his GM reads this. Btw, the order was filled and taken care just before closing, as my wife and I sat outside the store we watched the employees make this last minute order and walked it outside to our vehicle....thanks Damien and team. Would definitely or do we from here again....but mostly will create an account and sign in on the website next time.

Papa John's has been my favorite pizza joint for years. But the Bismarck store has messed up my last 3 orders in a row. The staff is always very friendly, always trying to make things right for me. But dang, can't I just get my order & go without the hassle of "correcting" their mistakes over & over again?!?

We were told it would take 40 minutes till our food was ready for pick up. We waited 50 minutes till we left the house and got to the store and then was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes for our food and the staff was rude and need to work on their customer service.

Worst customer service ever! Took 2 hours to get my delivery and my food was cold! When I called I got an attitude from the person working and said there was no manager. Was told all the employees walked out. Called back the next day only to be out on hold for 15 minutes and get more attitude.

Good tasting pizza but skimpy on meat (beef, chicken) and vegetables (green olive, onion). Though it was a special the price was kinda high for bread and cheese mostly. Garlic knots always good. Oh and I was disappointed that I couldn't choose the crusts, it only allowed thin crusts.
Would have liked original crusts especially for the beef and green olive.
