Wow! This place is great. First of all, this Jimmy Johns is so clean. The gentleman who waited on us was so kind and helpful. Our order was handled with very little wait. I ordered the Italian night club- everything was so fresh and delicious. Without being too over-the-top, it was, by far, the best sub I've had in a long time. This place is definitely worth your time.

Id honestly keep on driving or browsing for food vs this location. All my sandwiches had the "slopped together" feel for prep. I had ingredients on the bread from other sandwiches I had ordered. All my wrappers were wet and gross. Hard to keep your appetite when this place has no pride in what they do......rather pathetic actually.

There was an issue with our number 14 bootleggers club, It's supposed to come with turkey but we got none, We already made it home so we're obviously not going to go back, Contact the store speak to the manager Logan, States that we can come back right away and get new sandwich, Tell him we can't that day will come back tomorrow, We come back tomorrow and then he says we have to Website to lodge a complaint to get our Money back, All I wanted Was replacement sandwiches, But since we had to come back, I asked if we can get new sodas and chips which he said no Previous day, I feel that's absolutely ridiculous, We got 4 bootleggers clubs, All were 12" with No lettuce or tomato, I believe it's absolutely ridiculous that I have to do this, when I could work with the manager at the store, I'm definitely writing a negative review, I don't appreciate it being lied to by Logan the manager. Other than I want our meals replaced In their entirety, I want the manager to get a talk to about how he talks to and treats customers, As well as a $50 gift card, So we get to go back to the restaurant and get our meals completely replaced, And $50 gift card. I do not appreciate being lied to by the manager, Having to come back and he didn't call so I wouldn't know that He wasn't gonna honor his promise, Forgetting something that was supposed to be on a sandwich is ridiculous, Absurd, Irritating, Frustrating, Annoying, And insulting, It's called quality control, Make sure what your giving is correct. And I don't care if it is an Service provided by a 3rd party, Get your delivery service fixed for quality and time, I don't appreciate waiting an hour from my meal to arrive.
