Dairy Queen

My boyfriend walks in to buy us both ice cream cupcakes. He pays and the cashier tells him to grab 2 (that he paid for) around the corner in the freezer. So he does. He gets out to the car and two young adult males in Dairy Queen uniforms asking us to roll down the window. He rolls down the window and we were immediately asked “did you pay for those?” He responds with “yes I did I paid with cash”. The worker then, instead of going to review the security footage, or see a receipt or anything continues to accuse us with “well my worker said you didn’t pay”. Meanwhile, the second worker with him not saying a word was vaping the entire time. Practically blowing e-cigarette smoke in our face the entire time- and they want to question our character while blowing smoke in the face of customers? What a joke. They then slowly walk away shaking their heads in disbelief to some workers around the back of the building peaking their heads around the corner. Because it makes total sense to blatantly walk in and steal under $10 worth of ice cream and walk out right in front of them. To top it off, the workers were the opposite of apologetic and still didn’t believe us at the end of the conversation. I hope they check their security footage at the end of the night- they could use some humbling. Besides, might be a good idea to check footage or ask other cashiers or something before just walking out and accusing customers without apologizing about it. Oh yea, it also might be beneficial for them to tell their workers of they shouldn’t vape in the faces of customers- just a thought though.

Always had a great experience with this dairy queen location until out last order. I was not sure if it was new employees or lack of experience, but out order was half full and had a very bad taste. We called the manager of the dairy queen and told him what happened and he told us he will try better next time and couldn't refund or offer new ones because he didn't know if we already ate them. Told us to drive to town for new ones!!!! Very disrespectful!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! One star only because 0 stars not an option. ALWAYS willing to pay for quality BUT $3.49 for a medium fountain pop is I N S A N E !!!!! Rude little girl at the register "think its 16 oz. but I dunno" Good Riddance State Street DQ! Too bad the dark haired STUNNING woman working with this gal is stuck working with her. The young man with accent is AWESOME!

Went there this evening and sat in the dining room area to eat our ice cream. The place was so dirty! Floors were full of trash; napkins, lids, and straw wrappers all over the floor by the soda fountain. Tables were covered in crumbs/ food, and grease stains on the back of the booths. At one point, a young girl that was working walked out to the dining area, walked right past the garbage on the floor. DID NOT even pick it up!! A group of 4 guys had just got up and left one of the tables...She walked over and scooted the chairs in, even had a towel in her hand, and DID NOT wipe the table off! The cooler doors were filthy also. Management/ Owners / Staff need to do a better job at keeping the place clean!!

So.... I was thinking... a DQ burger sounds good... but the Reviews are terrible... and the reply is "Gee, I'm sorry you had a bad experience" but the reviews still are terrible... nothing improves... and the National DQ food reviews are also terrible... so, I will stick to the small Blizzard and get my Burger some where else....
