Subway

Today's 3 lunch ladys did such an incredible job! The line was about 8-10 people long and all the way to the door. They moved us all through so fast, it was unbelievable and appreciated. I only had a few extra dollars to leave for a tip, I wish I'd had more. They earned it. This is always my favorite location!

They were out of meatballs. So they of course realized that when I ordered them. Not when they used the last one. Then they microwaved the frozen meatball concoction which is ok I guess. But the meatballs were hard as rocks. It’s just a terrible place to eat these days. In the 80’s and early 90’s it was great. Everyone loved it. Now it’s regarded as one of the worst. All because they have to make even more money. So the quality just goes down every year.

It was disappointing and frustrating. I ordered on the app, which was good. I ordered some cookies. I am inside my vehicle, tearing it apart trying to find my cookies. Spending 30-45 minutes looking for them. I return to the store feeling unsure. Since I am a subway employee at a different location, the expectation that I was taught was to ensure exemplary customer service, respect to customers, and communicate with the customer. That was not I experienced. On top of that the sandwich artisan that I dealt with, Dalton, who was the one who prepared my meal, was chuckling at what i was saying. He forgot my cookies and didn't communicate with me at all. Oh yeah, i was cursing up a storm. Just saying, i needed my sunshine inside of mouth (cookies). The manager made up for the Dalton's mistake and presented how customer representative was supposed to behave. He provided me with a lot of other cookies. Thank you for compensating, Manager.

I had the pleasure of treating one of our men in blue to a quick lunch. He insisted that it was ok. Being the rebel that I am I insisted that I take care of it. He was very humble. The staff promptly made my his order and myself. The food was fresh and fast. Thanks to all the public service workers for their dedication to a great community. Stay healthy friends
