We had a first birthday party in the back room and despite the rest of the pub being really busy, the staff were very helpful. The lady who helped us to tidy up afterwards was very warm and friendly. A great experience! I definitely recommend it.

We had variety of meals, all looked and tasted wonderful both times have been to have meal. Staff very good too.

Afternoon Tea with my sister. Warm welcome, great food (and plenty of it!) Quick and friendly service from Sadie and her team. We requested a large pot of hot water as we had brought our own tea bags (Roiboos tea)…pot was replenished with no fuss and we had a great time. Will definitely be going there again..can highly recommend this venue.Thank you Sadie!!

What a lovely little find on our journey home from Legoland to also meet some cousins who have recently had a baby. The staff were lovely and very attentive, the decor is very warm and cosy and the food was lovely too!

A last minute decision to go out for a Sunday Roast and, not being familiar with the area, I googled ‘dog friendly pub’ and the Inn on the Lake came up.
Even at 4.43pm when the kitchen closed at 5pm the lady on the phone said we could have a table. We were there in 5 minutes and welcomed warmly by the same lady. Even Ted 🐶 was greeted and given a bowl of water.
Four delicious Sunday roasts and four desserts later we left the pub very happy.
Excellent customer service, friendly staff, delicious food and comfortable surroundings, what more could we ask for.
Highly recommended.

We had my daughters 21st birthday party at Inn on the Lake. It was the perfect venue for such an occasion. All the staff were attentive and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The amount of space was ideal and everyone had a great time.
I left my car in the car park over night (so that I could have a drink or two) and returned the next day to collect. We decided to have Sunday lunch. All the staff recognised us, and were again amazing. Plus, the food was excellent.
I will be making a point of recommending this venue to people.

Dined here after an evening session at the nearby go karting arena. Found staff friendly and professional. Food was of good portions, delicious and arrived in timely fashion. Called us a taxi for our safe departure.

Lovely pub situated next to a large lake, very pleasant location. The Chicken and mushroom pie was amazing. Friendly welcoming staff. Nice decor. I would come here again.
