Moe's Southwest Grill

I’ve been going to Moes for a while and the staff are all so friendly! The only issue I have with this place is the Manager, Roger. I often see him grabbing meat out of the pans, without gloves, then turns around like a child and eats it. I’ve seen his do it with chips and guac/queso. Absolutely disgusting. The staff look uncomfortable when he’s around because he hovers over them a little too close. When he’s not around the employees look completely stress free and smile, laugh, talk to their regulars like we are friends, I love it! I will say the Assistant Manager and the twins girls are always smiling and look like they enjoy working there together. So when I get their names I can follow up so you can go see them! They are AWESOME! As for the Manager Roger, he is always rude to customers, disrespectful to his staff, eats food straight out of the pans, doesn’t wear gloves when doing so, and smells like cigarettes.

Moe's in Bloomington had everything I needed today for my lunch. Some of the other Moe's that I've been to in the past have been out of items which is frustrating that they don't stock everything for everyone until the end of the day. But I was happy that the staff was friendly and that they had everything that I wanted to order. Don't love that the Moe Mondays' deal is now through the app because I can't redeem my banked money with the Moe Mondays' deal but that's not anything against this Moe's but rather on Moe's as a company.

I haven't been here in a long time. Their chips and salsa are free which is a nice perk. The bowls are also bigger than other places with similar menus. They had a lot of fresh options like cilantro, multiple salsas, and more! It was $12.xx for one bowl with guacamole which I think is a bit pricey. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. I'll go back but I won't go out of my way to visit.
