I haven't been to the Oakland location in awhile but happen to be in the area and was hungry so my daughter and I made a stop. It was around noon when we entered the location. The restaurant was about more than halfway full and cars in the drive thru. However ordering was a breeze there was one person ahead of me and I was able to place my order within minutes and we received our food within about 5-7 minutes within that time. Food was hot and exactly to our specifications. We sat down and ate and was on our way in less than 30 mins. It was a pleasant experience and one we enjoyed.

The drive thru girl Haley, had such a nice and positive attitude. The food itself was better than I expected and I got mines pretty fast. Solid job to the employees overall.

I’ve never been to a better McDonald’s in the state of Illinois. They always have my food hot and ready. Very nice ladies. They get the job done and they deserve a raise!!! First shift early morning thru the afternoon.

Drive thru ladies were both kind. Had to be pulled around the building to wait for fresh food but they forgot the sauce for the nuggets 🤦🏽♀️

Had a great experience. Came with a group and all our food came pretty quickly. Fries were on point! Big Mac bun was slightly dry and my only complaint. The play place is amazing. Areas for big and little kids and very clean. We had 6 kids aged 1 to 7 and all had a great time.
