My Thai Cafe

We used My Thai Downtown for our wedding about 20 minutes south of Bloomington, and it could not have been more perfect. Even with the drive it arrived on time, hot, and the service was so helpful getting it inside on the heating trays. My husband and our immediate family love Thai food and knew it would be great, but several of our guests had never had it before and I think were a little nervous. After one plate all their fear was gone! People had seconds and thirds, even my nearly 90 year old grandfather whose palate is finely tuned to steak and potatoes (he even took a box of it home! :) ). Mook was absolutely wonderful to work with, always being so kind and patient with us while we made adjustments. If you're looking for a nice meal or catering for an event I couldn't recommend My Thai Downtown enough!

I love eating at My Thai Downtown! The food is great. I personally love the pad thai, pad kee mow, and Thai iced tea. The service is always fast and efficient; perfect for carry out and lunch. The restaurant has lots of outdoor patio seating for guests to enjoy during the warmer months. The staff at My Thai Downtown are some of the kindest people you will meet. They are so friendly and welcoming; they genuinely make you feel like family when you are there.
