Starbucks

Asked for a quad shot in my drink and only got two shots. Their sandwiches are always cold in the middle so we asked for them extra toasted; the top bun was a hockey puck on both of them. The danishes for the kiddos were barely warmed up. What? How can one location be so bad at everything? My partner's drink was the only thing made correctly. Drive to a different location. Do not go to this one.

Wasn’t the initial idea behind Starbucks was to provide a coffee shop with comfortable seating where you could enjoy your coffee with friends? This Starbucks has now removed its dining room and outdoor seating, in addition they’ve been open for 40 minutes and don’t have any Pike Place brewing. And one of the benefits of the Gold Card was free refills, if your unable to stay to finish your first cup there will be no refills. First and last trip to the new Starbucks.

This is the worst Starbucks to get into, people cut you off in the drive thru when you patiently wait to get in. I had 3 cars block me and take my spot because i couldnt block the drive thru exit. Starbucks seriously need to gee someone out to orders in the long line, get a person to prevent back up and direct traffic, or get the drive thur re-done. Its absolutely ridiculous. With that being said, the employees here are so nice and the drinks are fantastic.

I asked the barista if the peppermint mocha could be made dairy free and I was assured it xoukd and was given the option of soy, almond or coconut milk. I ordered a non-dairy coconut milk peppermint mocha. The barista asked if I wanted whipped cream. I said not if it contains dairy. She said OK NO WHIP. Received my drink and went to work. Noticed the cup said NO WHIP. Took a drink and it had the texture of whipped cream. Took the lid off and sure enough there was whipped cream. Allergies are serious and people could die. I tried to call the store but no answer. Very frustrated and will not be going back to this location.
