Viva Mas Mexican Restaurant & Cantina

What an AMAZING experience! The restaurant is GORGEOUS and the menu is unique and has a broad variety of offerings. The food comes out SUPER FAST- not even sure how they do it.🤔 And it is delectable.🤤 As a matter of fact, it was SO GOOD, we returned 3 days later! I would, however, recommend taking cash...they recently started charging the credit card fee to the customers. 😢

It was my first time trying Viva Mas, so I didn't know what to expect, but I was not disappointed at all! You get so much food for what you pay for, and everything was delicious. My favorite was the fajitas, and of course the free chips and salsa are a nice bonus. There's so much food that you're guaranteed to have some leftovers the next day, which is even better. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Love this place and the wide variety of options on the menu :) I wanted to try everything, and I will definitely be coming back to try more.

My family went in for a late lunch. We were hardly waited on and we waited 20minutes for anyone to get anyone to check us out. I was sitting at the table alone while my wife and kids were in the car waiting, and still nobody. I eventually was successful in flagging someone down. The food was good but the service was not great. They tried also to charge me for 2 beers that we never ordered

What a great meal and wonderful customer service! This was months ago... We have continued to go frequently and find the quality varies on shifts and the portion size for double Fajitas have been drastically reduced and food barely warm. It was not busy and there were plenty of staff to provide a better service. I'm really sorry to see the changes here, it was one of the best in town.

The place used to be really nice and I would love to recommend it, but the restaurant now requires chips to be purchased and no longer comes for free with your meal. At the time of this post it is $2 per refill of chips and is the only Mexican restaurant that enforces this. In addition, (I wouldn't have mentioned this if I didn't see other reviewers complaing about this but) a few months ago I left the restaurant after having a meal and once the check went through my bank account I noticed they charged me more than for what I initially signed (the waiter gave himself more of a tip). I had to call them back demanding they give me back what I was owed and they claimed ignorance and eventually gave me it back.
