Stopped for breakfast, ordered a half biscuit and gravy. As I stood there for much longer than it should have took for no busier than it was, I listened to a child yelling out from somewhere in the back while I watched the cook do anything but make my order. Than, when he did, thrown together with, what I could see from the counter, a smidge of gravy. Maybe cause his cellphone was ringing and he “needed to answer it”. So I check it as I walk out and as suspected, barely any gravy. I go back in and ask if I can get some more gravy. One lady looks at it then hands it to who she named as Karen to add more. It was said by the employee how the cook only put a half ladle on the biscuit. After Karen heads to the back, she comes back and hands me my order. I carry on to work. When I get there I discover that Karen did not put anymore gravy on my order as requested, and was provided with no utensils. What a joke of service. Cloverleaf is just right down the road. Food is good and service is always great. Don’t waste your time with this Burger King.

Went to this specific Burger King today with my Husband, spent almost 25.00 on Food and Drinks for the 2 of us and the least they could've done was make sure that our Drinks were correct. I swear, I am so tired of going to Fast Food Restaurants, only for the Employees to act like it's Rocket Science to do their Jobs. I've worked Fast Food before and it isn't difficult to get the Orders right.

I was gonna give them 0 stars but sadly I don't get that option. But the manager working this night was rude, had no patience, threatened to call the cops on me. Went to taco bell and the lady said the same thing. I don't eat Taco bell went there for the others. Called a different burger king to see if they were the same corporation and they are. He said he was gonna talk to the D&R tomorrow since he already has a meeting tomorrow. First time eating in bloomington. Terrible service, heard they have terrible food.

This is three visits in a row that I've spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. My lunch break is only 30 minutes, so I'm basically paying to throw my lunch in the trash. What's the deal?
Update: just got the rudest customer service on the drive thru. Called manager to complain, they said "It's his first day!" I said he's off to a terrible start. That's it, manager don't care. This place is getting worse and I've downgraded my two star review to one. Way to be terrible!

The manager David was a super nice person. He identified a problem, apologized, and found a resolution for the problem. I was not expecting anything special from a fast food place, but he went above and beyond for my experience at the place. Also, I would recommend ppl understand that these stores might be short staffed lately due to the current labor shortage. Even with that though, they are still working fast without ignoring quality.

Had my worst drive through experience ever here, which is saying a lot because I am not a young man. They gave us the wrong food on purpose and then complained out loud about us so that we could hear when we went back and asked them to fix it, all the while plotting to intentionally give us the wrong food again. If they weren't too dumb to use inside voices I would have left without what I paid for a second time. I wouldn't eat here again if it was the only restaurant in town.

Laughable customer service. I had ordered ahead online so that way I would be able to pick up the food faster. I got there and waited about 30 minutes and finally watched someone put my order together (only cooking new fries). So 30 minutes later I have old food and fresh fries.

Wish I had pictures of the food I received. I swear, I’ve tried to give this restaurant a chance several times. I have tried different times of day and I’m still upset about their customer service at night. They don’t give you the food you order. I ordered the Italian chicken sandwich and got two regular OTS sandwiches. My fries had half onion rings at the bottom and a few fries at the top. The food is not hot at all for as long as you wait in the line. The kids were literally standing there talking to each other while my good was just sitting there on the counter. I was so irritated that the look on my face showed it. The girl in the window seen the look on my face and closed the window and started talking to another crew member for another minute and then gave me my food which was still sitting there. I drive all the way to the west side to get fresh food in the morning and at night. It’s a shame that they have these kids in there who don’t care about their drive time or anything. They are more interested in talking to tach other then their six cars in line waiting for their food. I don’t recommend going to the Burger King on Walnut. If you want fresh food, go to the west side. It’s worth the drive
