Cadillac Ranch

We were seated promptly for our reservation time. The server greeted us promptly and ask for our drink order. After bringing our drinks and taking our order, we didn’t see our server again for a long time. He was not the one to bring our food. We could see that he had other tables to wait, but he did not appear busy and certainly didn’t display any urgency toward any customers. When he finally came to check on us, we were nearly finished with our meal. He asked and brought a drink refill and then completely forgot about us. We waited nearly 15 minutes for him to stop back and ask if we we ready for our check. It took nearly 15 more minutes for him to actually bring the check. He weakly apologized and said “thanks for your patience, I forgot all about you guys.” The food: my wife’s steak was perfect and delicious. My chicken sandwich was not great. Decent flavor, but the toughest chicken breast I have ever eaten. Two stars is probably generous based on the service and one out of two meals being excellent. If you visit, I hope you get a more professional, go-getter server. I also would recommend the steak.

Impeccable service, though there was only a couple people working and they did a phenomenal job of checking in and getting our food out quickly. The food was delicious other than the burnt pretzel and cheese. The drinks were strong and good and my spicy shrimp tacos were phenomenal. Shout out to our waitress and bartender because she did both. I'd definitely come back to try some other options.

Unfortunately because of the pandemic going on they were not very busy which was a shame to see. We were seated out on the patio we were the only ones there service was excellent. Food was very good. They did have a very limited menu because of everything going on. But I would highly recommend them. I had the pulled pork sandwich that came with coleslaw and Fries it was very very good. And my friend had the chicken wings bone in there is more than enough for one person. So when the shutdown is done y'all get back there and keep our restaurants going.

One always comes back to the old places where they loved pizza! ^-^ 🍕 I described myself as vegan; however, I can be flexible and switch to vegetarian. My fiancée is Jewish and has a specific diet. I know what a tough table !! Our server, Kaitlynn excel above whats expected and provided amazing food options for us. Without doubt, Cadillac Ranch is my new kitchen!!
