The place was busy, I was surprised. There wasn't the six feet of separation from tables or seating in only every other booth. I was surprised about that as well. That's not a big deal to me, but I thought I would mention it because someone else reading this review might be more strict with their social distancing. I ordered the stuffed tater tots (stuffed with bacon and green onions) and had them add smoked brisket and BBQ sauce right on top. With my additions, it was AMAZING! My mom enjoyed her club sandwich and my sister liked her macaroni and cheese with giant onion rings right on top.

Would have given a five but our bartender forgot one of our dishes. Otherwise everything else was great, from the service, food taste and quality to the happy hour prices.
Highly recommend this restaurant/bar when your taking a break from shopping inside the Mall of Anerica in Minneapolis.

It was my first time eating there food wasn't bad and a lot of great items were coming out looked very good presentation wise

Not impressed. The food was salty. The beef nachos tasted burnt and the cheese was salty. Additionally, we ordered their ribs and a BBQ chicken salad. Both of which had barbecue sauce that was far too salty. The waitress (Riley) was very nice and accommodating though. I wouldn't choose this place to eat at again. It's not healthy and the food was uninteresting.

Excellent food. The burger was so delicious!! Atmosphere was awesome too and the service was also great :-) Overall A+++++++

First, our server Riley was lovely. She provided great service and had great conversation, you're lucky to have her as an employee! Second, food was tasty and hit the spot after a long day of shopping. Especially during these times, having a great quality staff is what will keep you going!

I only give this three stars because it's not really Cowboy Jack's in the MOA location. It is now owned by the Crave conglomerate. The menu online had not been updated and is misleading as several of the dishes are not really available because of the change in ownership.
Service was great! Elias was a wonderful waiter
