Carbone's Pizzeria

I am Nail Art Salon owner and love this Carbone's Pizza Restaurant. Jeff the owner is a great guy and very generous. His employees are super courteous and personable. Simon, Chris, Brenda and the rest of the team are just awesome human beings. The broasted chicken and cheese breads here are delicious. Thank you for serving the best foods.

First time ordering from here and when I tell you. That broasted chicken reminded me on my homemade chicken. Season chicken wings with a nice lightly crunchy crust (chicken cooked fully to perfection) and when i tell you this is as close to black folk chicken as it get. And I loved it. Pizza and stuff was good but that fried chicken Smacks.

It took almost 2 hours to get our pizza and cheese bread. After the first hour and a half of waiting, I called to get an update, Nobody answered. No holding, no answering machine, the phone just kept ringing. Lastly, the delivery driver was not wearing a mask. Looking at other reviews there's definitely a theme. You've just lost our business.

Decent pizza. Delivered to me a couple of times. Tried to order delivery again tonight at 5 pm and they told me they were 'too busy tonight to deliver to my address'. That's not how you do business, especially someone who just moved in to the neighborhood and is looking for a regular delivery joint. Guy who answers the phone is surly. This isn't Queens, it's Minnesota. And you don't treat people like this in Minnesota. buh-bye Car-bones.

I really hate to give two stars because I love the food but I could not believe the way I was treated last Sunday evening I order quite often from Carbone's and know they can get busy and mistakes happen that said when I ordered I was told 45 minutes to an hour which would work for my schedule I tried calling 1 hour and 10 minutes after food had not showed up no answer at an hour and a half called back again and they answered I tried explaining very nicely I have to cancel the order I need to be somewhere he advised me the driver made a mistake delivered elsewhere but now on his way I said sorry need to cancel I have to be somewhere I asked him to please refund my credit card he got very angry said fine it's cancelled and hung up the phone. Wow for a repeat customer not to happy with this service.
