The customer service was very good and the young man that helped me did an awesome job with what was ordered, by himself.

This delivery was the biggest joke! I'm a vegetarian and this is what they sent. Next to no lettuce and what was there was rotten. Took 40 minutes for them to get it literally across the street. The guy I think walked. I think I will never go back here. No thank you!!!

Dry service. I absolutely hate giving my money to places that don’t appreciate me doing business with them. People really need to lookup customer service and upgrade the friendliness ASAP.

Website should include an estimated wait time before you order so you can see if you want to wait. Apparently they were short staffed and there was only one person making sandwiches (found that out after waiting an hour). So waited over an hour for the sandwiches to go out for delivery and then waited another 15 minutes to get it from a location 5 minutes from my house.

I greatly appreciate having the manager send me my drink I didn't get last time and got this time which was very nice. It was a good feeling being understood and getting what I ordered while ordering other food from them today.

What can I say about Jimmy John's?not only are they freaky fast but they're freaky good. And this location is freaky friendly. If you're hungry try the gargantuan. Ask for extra peppers.
