I've been a frequent shopper at this store-it's convenient, clean and I often pick up prepared food from their deli. The staff were pleasant and polite-until today. First I had a long wait at the check out. The person ahead of me complained there wasn't any "baggers" to help with his large grocery order. The baggers were-gone. Cashier called for them but no one arrived so she began bagging their groceries herself-while I stood and waited. And waited.By the time the bagger arrived, everything was done. After that long unnecessary wait (no one bothered to apologize,) and as I was walking out the door finally, a clerk began yelling-"Mam, Mam, Mam "over and over-loud and obnoxious. She continued to yell-you can't take the little carts out to the parking lot." Good grief. Did she really think I was going to stop, turn around, transfer my groceries to a bigger cart? I don't have that kind of time to waste. Worse-I have zero tolerance for this rude obnoxious behavior. She was bellowing like a cow. I am a customer-spending money and expect courtesy. Furthermore-where is their sign over the small carts? And the time to inform me of their new policy to not allow little carts out is when I get the cart...or when I'm at the check out, or anytime in between. Not as I'm leaving and not after standing and waiting too long at check out. They were not busy, only had one lane open and people just standing around-talking and talking. Today's staff certainly lack simple courtesy. This store is convenient but not sure I want to give them another chance.
