Domino's Pizza

I ordered online. After placing my order, I received a phone call. They informed me that my address was too far from their location and I asked where the nearest location would be. They informed me that I could call a different location without giving me a phone number. I asked politely how the website could give me one location when another would be the one to be used. They promptly told me they were just being nice, my order was canceled and I was hung up on. Will never go again.

Not sure who answers the phone there, but I do not recommend this location at all. The order for the office was missing and the website said it was delivered. I had no way of knowing what happened. I couldn't finish a sentence without her cutting me off. Not only was she rude, she hung up on me. If these calls are recorded I strongly recommend the GM and corporate review this call. I can't imagine why someone would be in a customer service position and be this rude. She does not represent the company in a manor in which they promote.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the young lady at the register! She appears to be CONFRONTATIONAL AS I WAS FREQUENTLY coming to this location. She 1st insisted that I have the EXACT AMOUNT OF THE order, or else should COULDNT serve me, due to a change shortage. It literally was an ABSOLUTE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Upon waiting on my order, noticing how the staff HUGELY LACK CLEANLINESS!!! Absolutely no one washed there hands! You’d think with all the COVID rules that , they would reinforce that!!! ESPECIALLY NOW!!! We just have to think of others SAFETY TAKING EVERY PRECAUTION!!!
