Mcdonald's

Waited in line starting right behind the first order screen. For some reason, they were only using the second and it took about 5 minutes to get there. Ordered and after another 5 minutes got to the cashier. She asked me if I had a few things on order and I said no. She then went to a different order and asked me about that. I said no again. She looked lost so I just told here what I had. Another 5 minutes and we received our drink only to be told that we would have to go wait in spot 1 for our food because it wasn't quite ready. Spot 1 was occupied, of course. Waited another 5 minutes and we got our food. The egg McMuffin was burnt and the fries were completely cold. What an awful experience in the middle of the afternoon. I forgot to mention that as we were waiting for our drink to arrive, there was an employee enjoying some ice cream while standing behind the counter, I'm sure the Bloomington health department would love to hear about that.

I would, just one time, like to get a complete order. I have to check my food everytime I go to this McDonald's, because I'm missing something I ordered. Tonight I asked if the sweet and sour sauce was in the bag, I was assured it was, but it wasn't. I had two 10 piece chicken nuggets no sauce or the extra I asked for and would pay for, I was given 3 sauces. Frustrating!!! I didn't get the dozen cookies I ordered. I hesitate going to any McDonald's. What kind of quality control do you have or do you have quality control for getting orders sent out correctly?

My biggest concern and reason for being upset is that we ordered twenty McNuggets that were WAY passed their time. We ordered at 6:00 and I can guess these little pieces of chicken remnants were from the lunch rush four hours ago at least. They were dehydrated, cold and wrinkly. It was disgusting. I also ordered and paid for additional sauce. Not only did I not get my additional sauce, this location has a policy to reduce the sauce you receive on a larger order. You order a ten piece, they give you two sauces. You order a twenty piece, they give you three. It’s even printed on the receipt! Why? Why short your customers? We paid for six and got three. But because they nuggets were inedible, we had enough to dip our cold fries in the leftovers. That was my dinner. I spoke to the manager. He couldn’t care less. I asked for the name and number of the franchise owner. He gave me the name of the Chokes but would not pass on a number for me to file a complaint. The manager would also not disclose his name or employee ID. Normally I would not rant so much, but since this place re-opened they have messed up numerous orders. What I was served today would have sickened me! The manager didn’t care and eventually hung up on me when I asked for his name or ID. The manager was on duty on 9/6/20 at 6:00, whoever he was. You guys have lost one customer tonight. It might not mean much, but I belcieve your lack of customer care will doom you.
