7-eleven

I've been here since Friday, Christmas Eve. It looks like I'll be staying until Monday when businesses will open up after the holidays. This store has been extremely helpful, and the people who are working are kind. Only one complaint: when I ate at Subway, the music was way too loud, and it had foul language in the lyrics. Not only did it hurt my head, but my heart also. Hopefully, the music is different today. If not, I will ask them to change it or turn it off. 🤷

Rude and unwelcoming cashiers. Purchased some chips and a water with a $20 and told the cashier to put the balance on my pump. She never put it (probably pocketed it or something), I walk back inside to ask if she can put my balance but to my surprise, shes not working the register anymore. Im tired from work and didnt have the energy or patience towards resolving the issue. Never coming here again

As a Stevens Transport driver, been coming here of and on for the past 5yrs now and I have no issue whatsoever...No one is perfect and you can not get it all at any truck stop...this 7eleven location is as good as any truck stops out there except for parking stop...but in this part of Cali...this place is a 10/10 for me...good people and calm atmosphere.

I came in this morning at around 10:45am and bought $40 in fuel and also spent $18 inside the store on snacks and a chicken/balsamic vinegar salad for lunch at work. When I got to work I opened the salad and the cucumbers looked like they had been eaten except for the skin. I didn't want to eat this. I have never had a salad with cucumber rinds on it (really?) So I was going to throw it out but it's $4.29 that I spent. I never do this but I decided to go the opposite direction to home to bring this back for at least an exchange. The girl at the counter who called me "love" several times showed NO LOVE to me as her voice was so loud everyone heard her telling me that I shouldn't expect whole round cucumbers....well I don't expect ones that look eaten either. Then she looked at me and said...this has been open (duh) and then said this has been sitting out because it's not cold...well...yeah why would I refrigerate a salad that you are going to damage out? Besides I didn't have access to a refridgerator in my car ( I drive a lot for my job) thus is why I BOUGHT a cold salad to eat at LUNCH but was disgusted. I'm not one to complain but I couldn't help it this time. I mean, Here I am, a customer SPENDING money so that YOU have a job and not stealing and cheating like so many do yet you make me feel like a fool for returning some thing that I PAID for. Customer service??? You need lessons LOVE!! What a joke. She did exchange it but I walked out feeling like I had done some thing wrong because I wasn't a happy customer. I won't be spending my money at this 7-11 again. You lost a customer that you would have kept if you had made me feel happy instead if embarrassed. It's sad that you felt the need to do that to an honest customer LOVE!!!
