Phoenician Grill

This is one of my favorite little places in town. The staff is friendly, the food is incredible. Tabouli is the perfect texture and acidity, the falafal and hummus are tasty, never bland, and the kibbi is everything you could want with fried meat and pine-nuts! Plus, I will never again leave without baklava. I tried it this past week and it melted in my mouth.

Drove 2 hours each way from Cleveland to buy some fresh shankleesh. It was outstanding, I will be having some more shipped to my home in Utah. The owners couldn't have been more hospitable, gracious and welcoming. While I was there I was treated to a spinach pie and some tabouleh--both excellent. A regular patron was in the restaurant at the time singing the praises of the food and the owners. He apparently eats there every day. I felt like I was at my mother's dinner table.

Looks kinda sketchy from the outside but VERY clean inside! Owners and waitress were amazing to talk to. The BEST FOOD (with amazing flavor) I have had in a long time! Every thing was cooked to order and very fresh. Baklava was the best I've Ever had! I will be back the next time we pass through town! YUM YUM YUM! MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!!!

Simply the best Lebanese home cooking I've encountered. Samia and her daughter make everything fresh and with love. My favorites are the tabouleh salad, hummus and hashwa, and of course the baklava. They're amazing - light and flavorful, not heavy and dripping like others' versions of baklava. We're lucky to have such a great place in this town. Support this locally owned business and get yourself there as quickly as possible.
