Asuka Japanese Cuisine

We took Mom there for Sunday dinner after church and she had a blast! Hibachi is fun to watch, and the cooks are fantastic and we had great service and we will definitely go back again! For the people who are complaining about the gratuity added to their bill there’s a sign right inside the door that says that for larger parties, they may add a gratuity! As a former waitress, I understand why they would do this because we had people who did not tip at all after we busted our tails to serve their food for larger groups! There was NOT a gratuity added to our bill of a party of three today! Everyone and in that restaurant did a fantastic job today and the food was amazing! I give it five stars, and I would give them more if I could! We will definitely be back!

I have always loved Asuka and I feel it is the best of the Japanese restaurants in our area. The steak hibachi is always so juicy and tasty. We also had a Victoria's Secret roll, new on the menu. It's made up of Shrimp tempura, spicy crabmeat & spring mix wrapped with soybean pink seaweed. Served w spicy mayo & eel sauce. It was delish! As always, the people working there were friendly and accommodating. I had a very nice conversation with the gentleman cooking for us about places in China I had been and from which part he comes. He and the server were both very nice, Eric was the name on the check. Highly recommend Asuka. 😋

My husband and I ate dinner at Asuka. The menu consisted of the usual Japanese-American appetizers and entrees. Prices were reasonable. I really liked the private room in which we were seated. The two employees who served us were very nice, and they promptly took our orders and brought out our drinks and foods. We thought that the sushi and hibachi were good and the crab rangoon was OK.
