Los Gallos

Im quite sure this is my favorite restaurant in town. My fiancé and I have been coming here for close to a year now and when we go out, this is the first place in mind. The drinks are always delicious, the staff is great and the food is so good and filling. I swear their bone in wings are better than BWWs, Wingstop, and Tangiers combined. 10/10 establishment for great food and a great experience!!

While the atmosphere and food was as good as I expected, the staff oddly seemed as though they revolved around one or two servers. While our server was also very kind and courteous. I got the feeling she was working really thin and had to grin and bare it. Also contemplated TIPPING at least a buck or two to contribute to what ever the table was going to add to, only to hear that 20% tip was ALREADY INCLUDED in the bill. If it's going to be obligated that tip is included (regardless of party count) then alcohol may be the only savior if patrons AREN'T paying attention to the bill if intoxicated. Food was Flavorful For the lunch special 😉 so no complaints there. Just shocked in the end with the time it took to get food out with how little people there actually appeared to be. Understanding times are tough with keeping staff, a hopeful better balance can be found. Food quality shouldn't have to be taken down to get enough staff that knows what they are doing and/or is able to do on their own while short staffed. This restaurant has been in business for some time so it must be doing something right.
