Wendy's

I don't always rate fast food however I had an amazing experience tonight. I had already ordered and when I went to the window, I had asked the person if they happen to have Strawberry Sprite (yes, it's a thing and as amazing as it sounds). They do have have it, but it's not really listed and even though they had already poured my original soda that I ordered, Joshua poured me the strawberry sprite. I always feel that good customer service is in the details...and he totally exceeded my expectations. Thank Joshua for making my day. The little things totally make the difference!

Nice to see a bunch of young kids working, but could've been a little better. The girl standing at the counter bossed her coworkers around and made another girl take an order and "reminding" her she has other stuff to do instead of lending a hand. Food was good, service was rough but again it was a bunch of kids. Felt bad for the girl, felt embarrassed for the coworker thinking she should just stand around and not do anything else.

I love this Wendy's it's right by my house and u rarely get an attitude when ordering which is about 89% of fast food now days. These people act like it's a job they get paid to do and need imagine that. No ego or attitude for no reason just people doing there job and doing it very very well. Thank u for setting the example
