Earl Of Sandwich

Had a great experience! I was walking through the food court and Michouta greeted me with a big smile. She asked if I had ever had Earl of Sandwich before and when she learned I hadn’t she offered the new Gyro sandwich. I decided to try it. As I waited for my food she made conversation and smiled throughout. Awesome customer service given by Michouta. Really enjoyed the sandwich, I’ll be back!!

Tonight Friday September 18, 2020 at 6:05 pm my wife and I, along with the others waiting there in line to order our favorite Earl of Sandwich were told by the ordering cashier that the people in front of us were the last of the evening to be served because she had decided to close early. When asked what normal closing time was she replied 6:30 pm but because it appeared her boyfriend was waiting there sitting on the counter she decided she was closing at 6:05 pm. It is very sad to see how irresponsible this generation is and how very little they care about their company, customers or employers. This report will be passed along to corporate headquarters and to be honest this young lady should be terminated for cause.

Has nothing for vegetarians. When I asked the employees they laughed and aaid eat tomatoes and lettuce. Now even if they ever get vegetarian sandwiches I have been turned off by the attitude. Customer service was never taught to these employees. They should not be in a customer service industry. If I could give a zero I would. Boo on service and not changing with the time. Even burger king has veggie burgers.
