Einstein Bros. Bagels

Arrived at 6 am, needed 36 bagels for the baseball team, lights were off and door was locked. A nice worker eventually saw us and said he got called in because no one showed up. He said he put on bagels but it'll take 20 minutes. They were eventually done but he said they were too hot to cut so we had to settle with whole bagels with side tubs of cream cheese and butter. Unbelievable to say the least.

Went in for lunch. Hardly ever eat at Einstein’s. After this place I don’t need to go back. The environment entering, the first sight I saw was someone leaning on a counter like she was bored. Then speaking with her same attitude. I ordered and I was supposed to figure out the rest. I guessed that I was supposed to get my own OJ. The egg and avocado bagel sandwich I got was good but packaged to go, I ordered it to eat in. Good thing I did because the bottom of the bagel wasn’t cut through so it would have all fallen into my lap if I was eating it to go. Had to use a plastic knife to cut a bagel... first world problems yes, but next time I’ll just go to Starbucks.

Good bagels. I had an everything bagel with avocado, ham, bacon and 2 eggs it was good. The services is ok, a little slow I would say but employees could show a little more professionalism at the time of dressing. I personally don't like to have the people that cook my food having their underwear shown and exposed in the cooking area (both employees) I thing it is a matter of hygiene, presence and respect to the customers that don't want to know about their butts or underwear. But the food and coffee were good.

OMG i usually love going here for breakfast sandwiches but my last visit was horrible.I requested a bacon,egg ,cheese on plain bagel with avocado. The egg was so soft and raw and the avocado was black. I am rying to figure out how can you serve someone that especially when i paid almost $9 for one sandwich and to have it be this bad,could not eat at all. I do hope someone can rectify this bad experience because i am beyond dissatisfied. My very first visit to this location and I doubt i will return.
