Moe's Southwest Grill

Justin was extremely pushy when I was ordering my to go order. There was some people behind that were waiting and I guess he does not work well under pressure because he was for sure rushing me when I was clearly looking at instructions for my other order that was for someone else. When I was pointing down at the food toppings I wanted he nearly slapped my finger back because I guess he thought it was over the glass. Anyway his rudeness ruined my experience here and I will probably go to a different taco spot from here on out. And apparently he’s the manager to? Ouch. I will send this to Moes corporate so they can train their employees better. That’s definitely not someone I would put in a management position. Oh and I almost slipped and fell due to how poorly they cleaned the floor that was clearly still slippery.

I was there twice last week -both times were great. Got the authentic customary Moe's welcome "Welcomeeeee to Moes'sssss" I ordered a steak dish but the real winner was their Queso... man, someone could bathe in the stuff it's that good! I believe the shift leader/manager was very friendly as well both times even recommending I sign up with the Moes app/benefits because he recognized that I was a repeat customer that week! Impressive! 5 star facility! Much warmer environment than all the Boca Chipoltes!
