Kyoto Rock

This was our first time coming here. I knew of this place just from the amazing reviews online. We were in the area and decided to try it for lunch today. It was AMAZING. Honestly hands down the best sushi we have had in Boca. Definitely a hidden gem. The service was awesome! In addition to the great sushi, the miso soup was also wonderful and the regular spring salad with ginger dressing was great!! We will definitely return!!

Best sushi I’ve had in Florida by far!! The restaurant is always kept super clean and the happy hour is at convenient times. I have tried multiple items on the menu and everything was amazing. I highly recommended the Wahoo Nuggets and Calamari for appetizers and the “Off the Chain” Roll for an entree. The servers are always tentative and kind, and the chefs go above and beyond. I’ve been going here for years and it gets better every time I go. Hidden gem for sure!!

Absolutely the best sushi I've had in South Florida. The place is tiny, but very comfortable and nicely decorated. The ingredients used are super fresh and everything is beautifully presented. The staff is friendly and the chefs are wonderful! They even offer a happy hour menu! I HIGHLY recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. :)

Sushi and sashimi are consistently fresh and well prepared. Good deals on the happy hour menu until 6:30. Don't pay attention to the complaint on the service. It has always been friendly and fast, and I have been there a dozen times. It is small, so they could get overwhelmed, but it has never happened to me.

It's a really tiny place, and when I went there mid-day on a weekday it was completely empty. I ordered the Rock Roll with eel sauce and tell me how it was so good. The presentation was beautiful and the serving was pretty generous. Usually at other places I've gone to, 6 pieces come with a $10 roll. The Rock Roll was about $13 and the service was really nice. The waitress answered all of our questions without being annoyed or anything like that. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're craving sushi rolls at a moderately affordable price. They also have a bunch of other non-sushi things and I plan on going again and trying different stuff. P.S. It's very close to FAU, if you want to go someplace nice for lunch.
