Carvel

The coffee sofr serve is delicious. Went there on Wed for the B1G1 soft serve and all my kids and my family really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful and didn't get annoyed (my kids ask a lot of questions). This place has been a staple in my community for as long as I can remember and I've been here 30+ years.

Young dark hair girl working there was super rude. Man in front of me went to ask her a simple question to which she replied I'm not helping you and moved on. I tried to ask her if she needed me to sign for the card she looked at me and walk the other way. Your job is customer service and putting ice cream in a cup if you don't like your job move on. You're not going to make it very far in the world with an attitude like that!

The customer service at this Carvel is impeccable. It is truly like service you got in the old days when stores were appreciative of their customers, not the other way around - even when there is a line!!! The girls (all of them including Juliette and Allie) are stellar - they are prompt, pleasant, polite and professional. Given the volume of customers they have in this store at any given time of day or evening, weekday or weekend - in this day and age to have customer service like this, where they even say "thank - you" and look you in the eye like they mean it when they hand you your receipt is miraculous, plus they get all the orders correct!! Many customers are demanding and impatient and in the face of this, all these girls stand strong! Amazing team! Oh yes, and I forgot the ice-cream is truly extraordinary. I have been to other Carvels and they don't hold a candle to this one - store #2183; in reference to customer service and product.

Today being national icecream day my family and I expected it to be very busy and it was; however, the employees were so upbeat, joyful and genuinely helpful. The line moved so quickly and it was an overall great experience. The young girl that helped us was extremely nice and I could see her smile beneath the mask. I will continue to come here for as long as the business is open. Thank you so much for the great service and accommodations!
