Jazziz Nightlife

Just witnessed a hostess or server yell at a couple trying to sit at a high top that has been unoccupied for the past 40 minutes. She was patronizing and rude. This place seems ill-equipped to deal with this type of show. Pay $45 to sit outside or stand awkwardly in front of people at a bar while tables are empty in front of you? Don't know how much the VIP section costs, as it wasn't an option when I bought tickets earlier today. I also doubt I'll be able to see the stage when Jamie Cullum is finally on it. I hope I don't have to come back here again.

Terrible New Year's Eve experience. $150/pp you could expect a special evening. We walked out. 1st seated, last served. Only 20 tables filled for the evening's first seating - perhaps 10% capacity. Scallops overcooked, salad wilted. The final straw: a party with 3 children seated behind us with party noise makers. Duh, we came to hear the band. Then MICHAEL BILTON, General Manager, JAZZIZ Nightlife in a phone call promised refund. 15 days later, not even a word. Stay away.

What a disappointment!! We went to Jazziz last year with some friends and had a great time, plus the food was excellent so for our anniversary this year we thought we would go there again to celebrate. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like our experience last year. After we were seated, we waited 20 minutes and no one waited on us. Then people were seated at the table next to ours and they were waited on right away and still no one acknowledged us! On top of that we noticed that the menu had changed from last year and there wasn't anything on there that was the least bit appealing so we got up and left. Fortunately, the restaurant that we ended up eating at, gave us the royal treatment so our anniversary ended up being a wonderful celebration. Shame on you Jazziz! Neither us or our friends will ever return.

Family is in town so Ive been eating out and entertaining in the last two weeks. We checked out Jazziz and it was okay. Nice energy and atmosphere. I enjoyed the live music but I was not impressed with the menu and the food was just average. Bathroom was so-so. It's worth giving a try especially if you live in this area and do not want to drive all the way down to Hard Rock to entertain in town guests.

I purchased tickets through Goldstar for my parents to see Ben Vereen. Before purchasing the tickets, Goldstar was incredibly helpful and confirmed ahead of time that although seating is not usually guaranteed for General Admission, the venue would accommodate my disabled parents and that was noted on their reservation. When they arrived, the hostess went to speak to the manager who moved a bar table and two backless barstools out for them to sit. My father can hardly walk, let alone hop up to a bar stool. My folks told her this (though it should have been apparent by his limited mobility and cane), and asked to speak to the manager. The hostess went to speak to him and he sent her back telling them there was no other option. My parents told her they were unable to use those seats and would have to leave and request a refund. I contacted Goldstar right away and they reached out to the venue. This morning, the venue denied the refund. Unbelievable! Goldstar is a top notch organization that gave us a credit for the amount paid, despite the refusal of refund from Jazziz. That is amazing customer service and Jazziz has a hell of a lot to learn from them. I'm not sure what the legality is for denying reasonable accommodations for the disabled, but know that this venue does not support or accommodate.

My first night at Jazziz I saw Nicole Henry and she was phenomenal...My last night at Jazziz was Halloween night. I had a ball...The Friday Night Live band playing the R&B is AWESOME we partied like the grown and sexy should party. The ambiance is perfect for romancing and dancing. My lady and I thank you for a wonderful time...!!!

I went there with my boyfriend last night. Beautiful place but the STAFFING IS HORRIBLE!!! the girls in the front weren't friendly nor welcoming. When we told them we had a reservation the didn't even check for our names, immediately sat us with two black women that were waiting for their party to arrive;just because we were mixed races (mind you, my boyfriend is white and I'm biracial) , they assumed we all came together!! After we told them we did know those people, they didn't even apologize to us. Our waiter was unprofessional and very carless!! We will never go back again.

Very disappointed. I went with my husband and another couple enjoy the Saturday night after valentine's day. The place was nice, good music. We paid the bill with a credit card and gave the waiter the tip in cash. When I saw my CC bill, they had adulterated my handwriting adding U$50.12 of tip. I'm having a hard time with my credit card company proving that the handwriting was not mine. I'm note sure if I will prove to my credit card company that it was adulterated, but for sure this place lost a good client and I will advise everyone I know to take care, you can be robbed there. Unacceptable attitude.
