Teriyaki Madness

Bowls have been good in the past, but lately portions are much smaller and this evening I had to remove two large pieces of plastic wrap from my mouth. I’ve attached a photo. I thought of calling the restaurant, but my husband who picked up the to-go order said it looked like a bunch of high school students who were eating Tijuana Flats at the cash register. Didn’t think they would be able to do much about it. We had stopped ordering from here due to the lesser quality several months ago and after trying it again tonight I am sorry to see things haven’t improved.

I used to come here three years ago. Back then the portions were full the food was fire and there was always a line. Today it's just garbage, I probably could have got a better meal from McDonald's.... When you buy a large power bowl I'm sure you expect a big bowl with food not a big bowl half empty, vegetables taste like vinegar, owner is smoking heavy dope to have this place running like this right next to a gym in a very heavily populated area of high income earners. The pictures, you can see the tiny amount of food compared to the bowl. Where's the food... And I left 30% as a tip... Heartbroken... I could have just spent that money on food for a homeless dude... Oh well maybe I'll try again in another 3 years.... Make sure you look at your food before you leave.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. It was really good then changed ownership, and I felt like the quality slipped a little bit. I just went to try it again yesterday and am already back again today. The manager Eddie and the staff seem to be doing a great job and the quality is back to where it used be. Excellent

I’m not sure what this is but it’s not the teriyaki chicken I ordered. It’s just regular chicken with with teriyaki sauce on it. I also ordered extra chicken and I barely go any. The orange chicken in nothing but burnt batter. The meal took 20 minutes to prepare as well. I was looking forward to this meal, but it just looks funky :( After having tried some it was all burnt. I couldn’t finish the meal. $16 lost.

Food is good that is not the issue the issue is that the cleanliness is less desirable I came in there today had to clean my own table the floors were dirty bathrooms not clean. They also had an issue that they were out of the root beer but did not have a sign up and no lids for the cups. As a cook supervisor they need to pay attention to detail and get their act together its Boca not WPB

I don't understand why people hate so much on this spot ..the people is super cool the food is delicious the portions are HUGE !! you have to be a PIG to say the portions are small, they have the perfect amount of options for everyone, they even have Tofu for people who don't eat meat and the tofu is one of the best tofu I ever had, I recommend this spot 100%,, forget the HATERS you guys keep doing what you guys doing

Picked up food there tonight. 3lg bowls. 2chicken and 1 chicken breast. My dad tried it first and didn’t eat it. Chicken wasn’t cooked through, veggies were basically raw and had no taste. My fiancé and i tried ours next same thing. Chicken wasn’t cooked through veggies were basically raw and rice was like glue. It was $45bucks literally thrown in the trash. Should have read the reviews before going!

When they first opened it was nice. Food was actually really good. Today I ordered 3 teriyaki bowls, they were terrible 🤢 dried up chicken, tasted like chicken had been cooked hours ago and they put it in the bow and threw teriyaki sauce on it. The last time we ordered from there (before today) it was not good but we still wanted to give it another chance… they lost a customer today 😔
