Bought a ham sandwich for lunch. Big mistake. Did not taste and look like the ham I use to buy. Crossant was dry and stale Ham was fatty and overly salty I don’t know what happened but I won’t be going back that’s for sure. Many workers we’re not familiar Business may have been sold If this sort of thing keeps up this store will be vacant in less than two years. Want a great sandwich? Jersey Mikes . A little pricy but great quality

I'm not going to say only one star, I'll add that second star because the honeybaked ham and turkey is genuinely delicious. The rating is because as other people have said, the service is awful, the management has no idea what they're doing and has no idea how to run a business, and frankly it appears they do not even want your money. They continuously put their business on Uber eats and once an order is placed, they unilaterally cancel it' If you call them, don't expect an answer because they do not know how a telephone works. I've never seen a business that does not want your money but I guess there's a first for everything. By the way, they will arbitrarily stop serving sandwiches if they are too busy or if it is the holiday season, which is what most people want anyway except for the actual Thanksgiving or Christmas week. Too bad, because the food really is good, just an awful company and management

Very good if your looking for a quick bite to eat. Very friendly helpful staff .very clean lunchroom feel and the bathrooms are spotless . I would not hesitate to come here again. I had the toasted turkey on multi grain bread my friend had ham on multi grain and it was wonderful and we were full when we left the restaurant. If your near there stop by. You will be pleasantly surprised and pleased.

First spent 3 hours trying to speak to someone on the phone the day prior to be advised this morning they decided not to take calls yesterday. Then today they split the lines for pre-orders and walkins and the walkin in line was moving twice as fast. People literally walked in & ordered then got their food and left, while the people with preorders just stood and watched and tried to figure what was going on. One employee that was directing people outside advised blame my manager and said how horrible she is to the employees so we should go inside and yell at her like she does to the employees. First time / last time coming to this location. Then when I finally walked up to get my prepaid order they were out of sliced ham and advised I should go to the side so they should prepare some. Why would they continue to sell sliced ham to walk-ins as I stood there when this was pre-ordered?
