Pei Wei

We visited this place very often and love the positive energy from the entrance to ending a meal. Today, we learned that a new system at the cashier was implemented—for god sake, if you do not the steps of ordering you get schooled making you remembering your worst teacher. Managers need to place attention to the flow at the cashier or you are going to drop many prior happy customers. It is all about taking care of your customers—simple as just care.

Given the fact this was our first time visiting this location. The food was great but lady in kitchen was not professional at all. Our order was wrong we ordered pei wei plate with shrimp and only received chicken, we told the staff they went back and told the cook she very loudly stated there was shrimp and called us a liar. There is a huge different between shrimp and chicken and to top it off we showed them our plate that had no shrimp. We were told that our plate was going to be remade and it wasn’t they only give us shrimp after we were almost done eating. In the same order we placed a firecracker plate with noodles instead got white rice we also mentioned to staff order was incorrect. Once again they went back to tell the kitchen and her rude response was we made a firecracker plate with white rice and they did not eat, well I’m not going to eat something that I did not order. After mentioning it over and over again and nearly waiting 15 minutes for what we originally ordered we finally got our correct order. All in all, not the greatest first impression.

This was amazing when they first opened stayed pretty good for awhile. Went back after a few years and wow have things change. Food was horrible. Order a Kung pao chicken and definitely not the same as it used to be. The meat had a burnt, nasty taste to it. Worst part was we got it to go and hit the road for a road trip. Onces we got onto the road is when I realized how nasty this food was. And how poor the quality of food this has become. Well I guess this was my last time going to this Pei Wei or maybe if any....

Decided to have Pei Wei in Boca Raton cater our office holiday party and it did not disappoint! The manager Alex assured me that everything would be perfect from start to finish and it def was! Everything was perfectly packed (I had tons of diff packing requests to ensure the food would taste as fresh as possible) and the staff couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was! First time but def won’t be the last! Thank you Alex for everything!

We love the BOGOS and earning points! The beef, shrimp, chicken and veggies are very good. The fried rice could be better... I wish they still had tomatoes on the salad you can substitute for rice. What's a salad without tomatoes, right? I prefer curbside pickup to lessen my exposure to Covid-19. Wait time is usually 10 minutes for curbside but I could be more patient if confirmation was sent that my text was received and someone will be out as soon as possible! Many other places do that. The last 3 times I ordered curbside I waited almost 15 minutes but nobody came out. I either had to go in and get it or another curbside customer got annoyed went in & told them two other customers were waiting. They weren't even busy! 🤔

I am leaving this review because I am very disappointed in the customer service between not only the store but their delivery service Uber. I placed an order this week and last week both times my order was canceled no reason why. I called the store and Uber am on the phone for over an hour probably a good hour and a half, and not one person resolved my issue. I asked for a re-delivery they could not do that for me and so I went without lunch, paid for my order and I lost my free item that I used from spending all the money I have a Pei Wei . When I called the store they told me to call Uber when I called Uber they told me to call the store, the guy I spoke to at Payway literally told me he handed the guy my order and then the guy canceled my order afterwords. When the guy told me he handed the delivery guy my order he said that it had not shown up on his system and he had to manually put it in, so he put my order and my money in the delivery drivers hands without any knowledge at all of my order being canceled. Then when I spoke with Uber they said they could not contact the delivery driver, had no communication with Pei wei and told me I would have to deal with them. There was no communication through Uber or Pei Wei neither one of them could give me a re-delivery I’m having to wait for a refund and wait for my credit to go back on my account. I think it’s poor customer service when they give you no resolution at all except to wait a few days for your money to come back, and when I spoke to all of them every single one of them was rude and had an attitude. Don’t ever order from the Pei Wei because they will jip you. End of story.
