Rotelli Pizza & Pasta

This was my first time eating here, and I was not disappointed. We ordered lunch at work and everyone was pleased. My Almond Encrusted Chicken Salad was out of this world. I also tasted one of my coworkers' honey garlic chicken wings 💥💥🤯. I liked them so much that I ordered them after work and picked them up. Everyone was so friendly and smiling... It made a difference. Great customer indeed. My salad was huge, so I ate the rest of it with my wings... Oh, happy night 👋🏽👋🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾

Hands down great food. Even better people. 16 year old young man made my pizza tonight and challenged me to come in again and personally review his work. Now that's pride in what you do. So young man keep making that awesome pizza I ate tonight! I live to far away to come back but if I am ever near this business I will detour right down to see you. Thanks for the wonderful experience of meeting you. You did an outstanding job!

I did have many enjoyable meals and service and did tip above the standard. One evening the service was not good and very demeaning. The manager, Romano, was even more demeaning. Because I did not tip he threw me out on my next visit and refuses to allow me to return. I called corporate and they decided that if one is not liked they can blame the expulsion on lack of a tip. Romano does not like me. It is no wonder that the patio is usually empty. He would offer no other resolution except resistance...that is some dislike for a restaurant manager! Is there a law in America that we are to "guilt tip?" That treatment is hurtful and I do expect an apology and a free meal :) Miracles happen...!

The service over the phone was good for takeout, I ordered penne Ala vodka with chicken and broccoli. The food was okay, garlic rolls where like rubber, asked for extra sauce on the side over the phone, the gentleman was very accommodating, was no mention of an extra charge for it over the phone, I checked the bag before leaving and was missing the sauce, I went back inside and was told it would be extra. ☹️

Great pizza and great dinners. My only complaint is they give you way too much food which is a complaint I think they will take! Food is delicious all around. Garlic rolls are world class too. Had dinner there on Monday night and it was so good I had to try their pizza on Tuesday, both phenomenal! And while my daughter and I were waiting for the pizza, they offered us something to drink and brought us garlic rolls, they know how to take care and treat customers. I highly recommend this place, one of the best I've ever had and by far the best in Boca Raton!
