Grande Pizza

My fiance & I like to travel as well as we like to eat so wherever we go we try the local restaurants. We both enjoy pizza so we decide to try Grande Pizza. All I can say is wow, what an experience. We walked in & the greeting was friendly. As we took out seat our waiter was literally seconds behind us with the menu & taking our drink order. He brought us our drinks & was ready to take our order but we needed a few more minutes to look over the menu. We decided on the Hawaiian & the choice was a good one. The smell alone made me want to devour the whole pie but it was too hot. I took that first bite & it was unbelievable. If you're nearby and you enjoy pizza, Granda Pizza is a must try. Great pizzas, great service & the ambience is very relaxing.

There is a reason why the reviews are low. The owners is combative and will insult your family if you provide any type of feedback. The people who work their are very nice but they even admit that they can't share any feedback with him. We live walking distance and have chosen to start to go to Cilluffo's Pizza across the street. Our community has several kids activity's and almost every one order from Cilluffo's Pizza because of the owner attitude at Grand Pizza. Clear reason why when you walk in it is always empty.

Great thin crust pizza--It is that special place between almost crispy and definitely not chewy. Thin crust is usually one or the other, but rarely in between like this one. I really like it. Penne a la vodka worth a try, as well. Ask them to "hold the peas, please". Sometimes it may depend on who is at the ovens.

Been here multiple times for take out. Last time I called, the girl on the phone acted as though I was bothering her for wanting to order something, wasn't listening, and argued about what I was reading right off their own menu. Was just plain rude and impatient. Maybe its time for a new job. Jeez. I wanted to say forget it, and cancel my order, but I was exhausted from the ordeal and was hungry. Other than crappy customer service and poor phone skills for take out, the food is really good here.

Ordered a Pizza at 1:00 PM. I was told the delivery ( 5 min away) would be 45 min. I called back an hour and 10 min later and got an attitude from Carol who answered the phone. Then I did not give the delivery guy (Shane) a tip big enough for him. I told Carl about being yelled at and he said it is busy so its acceptable. Never again!!! Worst Customer Service ever and not very good pizza.
