By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to in palm beach county and Broward combined the staff is very lazy, and the quality of the food is garbage . And made me wait in a parking space for over 15 minutes before remembering my food, then yell from the drive through window across the parking lot that if I wanted my food I had to get back in line behind 5 cars to get my food, because they are to lazy to walk it out to me. that was after serving 5 other cars first.. I'll never go back to this location. .. Tuesday July 10th at 10 pm

Not a fast food fan but I was hungry and running late so I stopped by Burger King for a quick bite. I got the chicken nuggets and onion rings, both not bad.

I would give this store a (0) 7032 W Palmetto Park Blvd Boca Raton, FL 33433. This is my second time visiting the store on Friday on March 13, 2020 at 5:27 pm. I stopped later that evening at Burger King to return my uncooked food. I stopped early that morning to buy French toast sticks, side of eggs, and 2 orange juice early that morning. However the manager who was working at 5pm was very rude and very unprofessional. I told her I didn’t eat all day, because I been at work, that the food was uncooked that I brought early this morning. I asked for my money back $6.00, and if they can also out of courtesy as a customer replace my meal. She told me to drive to the front, she won’t replace my meal, and give me my money back. She refunded half of my order not the whole order. She was rude, and she argued with me as I had the corporate office on the phone. The manager told me, I’m not refunded you for your whole order, and I’m not replacing your food. I told the manager, that I have Corporate office for Burger King on the phone, the manager told me I don’t care about if you have Corporate office on the phone or not. She told me you always complain when you come. I told the manager you must got me mixed up with other customers who previously complained. I told her maybe so many customers complain, that you get us all mixed up because I never been inside this restaurant before to complain. They new this morning that the food was cold and uncooked. I gave them back the uncooked food for they can see that the food was uncooked. I made a complaint to the corporate office waiting for their response. This is not good customer service. The representative from on the call from Corporate office was on the phone she heard the manager being rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. Burger King needs to replace this manager, with a good new manager. She is a bad reflection on the company that represents Burger King. Bad customer service.How can a manager say I don’t care if you talking to Corporate office for Burger King what their going to do ? The manager doesn’t even have respect for the company she’s working for, not even respect for the company who put her there; yet no respect to the customers. Manager need training in customer service, this is why businesses suffer.
So I decided to go buy food at Steak & Shake, where there’s better customer service.

The worst service at this location. 7032 W Palmetto Park Rd. I had to wait also for over 15 minutes and then wait for the fry's. It was only one lady taking orders, cooking & doing cashier. She won't accept Credit Cards for the same reason. She was working alone, no help and she says this is a daily problem as they are short on people. I feel bad for the attendant, but they should closed the place. People went away as they were told cash only.

Went there today for lunch. The store was not busy yet they managed to screw up my order royally. The Manager felt it necessary to berate an employee in my presence, for a minor misunderstanding, that could have happened to anyone. I watched 3 orders served to people who came in after me and when I asked the status of my order no one knew. Part of my order sat getting cold while they finally completed the remainder. Additionally, the store was dirty, with a wad of paper napkins lying on the floor at the counter, presumably sopping up a spill - nasty to look at for sure. The bathroom was also unavailable at the time. While I like Burger King a lot, I will never patronize this location again. The other stores I go to employ friendly staff who prepare and deliver correct orders promptly in a clean environment. This location definitely needs an attitude, service and cleanliness overhaul.

Forgot my 3 plain cheeseburgers. No sauce included in bag for tenders. If I go through the drive through my intent is not to set foot in the restaurant. Ordered a surge and a coke, did not taste like either one. I assume this is because of the machine BK now uses for soft drinks, all kinds come out of one spout leading to it not tasting as it should.

I would give this place negative stars if it were an option. It is the worst run place I've ever been, with exception. After standing at the counter over 10 minutes just to take my order, I waiting another 20 minutes at the counter for them to prepare my food. Not a special order either. Between the person working the drive thru and the food prep, nobody wanted to take responsibility to work the counter. They prepared my burger, then proceed to leave it on the prep area over 5 minutes while fries were finishing. You guessed it, the burger was cold. Fries weren't even done, they were soggy.

This BK is a clean, modernized store that's sort of hidden away in the southwest corner of the Garden Shoppes. It's usually pretty dependable but this was not one of those days. It was just after the breakfast rush so maybe that was why the staff did not seem to be motivated. On this occasion the service was extremely slow and the food was only warm when it arrived, and that's the reason for the three star rating.
