Puccini's Pizzeria

The pizza showed up 30 minutes late, cold and our order was wrong. When I called to get a refund the man I spoke to was not helpful at all and just tried to tell me that it's because of the grub hub platform and not their own error. I would not advise ordering from here. As you can see in the picture the receipt says black olives and sausage but we got black olives and mushrooms. Extremely upset customer.

Just moved in the area from Miami. Puccini is the closes pizza place to me, so I went their to check it out. The pizzas, they were perfect. My guest at home were impressed. Now I go there all the time. Specially when Chef Fernando is their. He comes around ones in a while to check on things. The food just taste better when he’s around. He runs a tight ship and every dish that he sends to the table is perfection. He has made me, my family and friends, loyal customers.

Excellent tasting pizza, stop here every now and then for two slices of pizza and a drink. Nice tables inside and outside, kept clean and pleasant staff. I like to be able to eat my pizza as soon as I get it without 3rd degree burns to my mouth or having to wait for it to cool off. I tell them not too hot and they always get it right! ;-) It's not always easy to get very good food and service in South FL (and I am not super picky at all or snobby). I always have a very good experience here...

We went there for the 1st time and just wanted a couple slices. We ordered the 2 slice special which came with a drink. The slices were very good, the staff was a bit confused as our slices didn't go in the oven until 10 min after we ordered them. So we waited a bit, but it was good. A bit expensive I think, with tip, $9 for 2 slices and a drink, But, we'll be going back for more good tasting pizza!

Ordered from slice, stayed order would be resdy 45 min, I got a confirmation email it was in and would be ready by 7:57pm, got there, staff completely ignored my daughter at door, I finally called and was told the order never got put in, I just drove 10 min to pickup a $65.00 order and was not told I'm sorry or anything, just told to call slice to get my money back because it would be another 40 minutes before my order would be done. I understand if you are busy but show some customer service skills and make it right. I had to call slice to get my money back.

Terrible customer service. We picked up food from the restaurant and when we got home the pizza was cold and the Caesar salad we ordered did not have dressing with it. They told my husband the dressing was on it but it wasn’t and there was no dressing on the side. When we asked them to credit the salad they said they’d send over the driver with the dressing and he came 30 min after we called. By that time I ate my meal by myself and it ruined the night with my family. By 10pm I started eating and our night was messed up bc I wasn’t participating in the game bc I now had to eat. Bottom line is that they wouldn’t reimburse me for the salad and they were very rude about the situation. Most restaurants would want to accommodate their guests especially when we have ordered from them many times before. Very disappointed in the way they treat their customers. It’s not worth going here again!
