Panera Bread

I was in the area and wanted to grab a cold coffee so I stopped in here for the First Time. I asked the cashier about a certain coffee; Vanilla Cold Brew and Stephen, the cashier said that it was very good. So, I ordered one. I enjoy Vanilla Flavor coffee so I figured it would be good. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. It doesn't have a Vanilla Taste to it, it taste more like almonds. Very disappointed. Stephen was polite and friendly. The place itself, wasn't very clean but, it was semi-busy. The floors were dirty and sticky. Someone needs to sweep and wash the floors. I'm glad that I didn't order any food because if the eating area is dirty , I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like. I personally wouldn't go back nor would I recommend eating here.

Great location, but the employees and manager is absolutely clueless and useless. Dining room is huge and dirty. From all available tables i found 1 that was cleaned. First, I was standing at the counter for about 5 min.before they took my order and than she overcharged me for a cup of tea and NOBODY asked for my number than manager approached the register to correct the problem and than again 2-nd time around nobody asked for my phone number. This is one of the worst locations i have ever been. Floors are sticky and dirty as well entry door has nasty smudges all over. I would not let this guy manage my cat's dish. Employees are not trained and focused. Air conditioning was barely working....Hopefully district or franchise managers will pay attention, most likely not, but worth a try.

Poor service 2 young kids at the register were more interested in going in and out of the back kitchen. Didn't listen, ordered and was never given an item I paid for. Then he couldn't answer a question about pick 2 deal. He didn't know he said. I responded " you should, you work the front counter ". Then customer after us the He forgot to give them their cups. They had to ask for them.These 2 guys working the counter, simply didn't care. Food prices gave went crazy too Service terrible

I just had the most delicious food and best service I have ever had at any Panera. I seriously customized every part of my pick 2 and Tremell made sure it was perfect. He was personable and polite and quick. I very rarely see workers like him anymore. Great job!! Will be back everytime I am in the area.

The place is super clean, social distance is taken seriously by noticing the markings on the floor and all the tables have signs indicating closed or open. Everyone working there seem happy to be there. I would have to say the food was good, but the soup was really delicious. I need to find one closer to my location.

the worst management ever. I had a client meeting and ordered 6 meals - 2 were salads for my clients. they never showed up.. I called and a manager said they would comp me 2 additional salads for the trouble. i called today to get them and another manager did not believe me. crazy.. over 2 salads..

I was surprised at how much I liked it! Not my usual choice, but food was good, servers were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Restaurant was clean and bright. I felt they made it their mission to be sure I had a good experience at their restaurant... That is always a nice surprise. I appreciate them for that.
