The folks at this shop make a great sandwich. Everyone is polite. Had 1 today , Erick made it for me, really enjoyed it.

This place is simply disgusting, I buy a sin they gave me one that was prepared already, obviously it was watery. I went back to let them know, the guy got the meet inside and put it in a different bread, that was the most miserable and disgusting thing someone could do with my food. I pay $10 dollars for a sandwich

I'm not usually a chain store sandwich type, so Jersey Mike's was a new one for me.
I have to say I'm impressed with the quality of the cold cuts, bread and toppings were fresh, as compared to some other big chain sandwich stores whose names I shall not mention, and although I did not partake of the tuna, it was genuine tuna.)
In lieu of a good mom and pop sandwich shop, this place is a very good alternative to grab a good sandwich made with good fresh ingredients.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Eric. I had the best experience today. I’m not sure o have seen better customer experience. The man takes great pride on his job and taking care of his customers. His kindness and authenticity is unmatched. I only spent a few minutes in the store today but I promise you, he left a lasting impression. Take the time to visit this store. This team knows what they are doing. All the love and respect Eric!

Friendly staff, great tasting subs, and the guys get you in and out quickly. I took one star off because the bread is flavorless.

The people are nice , the food is good not great, the price at 14 and change for a 1/2 sandwich and soda and chips is way too much. Not worth it to me.👎

This restaurant is still closed 100 percent for dinning inside! The sandwiches are good if you are planning to take out. Jon Smith subs right across the street in Mission Bay plaza is 100 percent open! The subs are just as good and larger. The restaurant is large so if eating in and you are concerned you don't have to sit near anyone. I will get all my subs from Jon Smith moving forward. I like making choices for myself!
